ECHA is currently in the peak period of processing PIC export notifications for 2026. The export notifications are processed in accordance with the timelines specified in Article 8 of the PIC Regulation, i.e. they are validated at the latest 15 days before the expected date of first export declared in the notification form.
Please note that ECHA is unfortunately not in a position to single out specific notifications and prioritise them by request from companies.
