Some IUCLID Cloud instances are failing to start the first time and need to be started a second time

Your IUCLID Cloud instance may occasionally fail to start on the first attempt. In most cases, simply trying to start it again will resolve the issue. We are working on a fix, which will be included in an upcoming release of IUCLID 6. We apologise for the inconvenience.
