Such confidential information will only be used by ECHA, including its Committees.
Pursuant to Article 40(2) of REACH, ECHA invites third parties to submit scientifically valid information and studies that address the relevant substance and the hazard endpoint mentioned above for which testing is proposed. In order to enable ECHA to evaluate whether the submitted information is scientifically valid and relevant, you are kindly requested to provide the information specified below. Please note that you can also attach documents, including an IUCLID5 export file (see below).
ECHA may make this information publicly available. In case you wish to submit confidential supporting information, you are requested to tick in the relevant box below and to submit the confidential information in a separate file. If you tick in the second box, you are requested to fill in the information to justify the confidentiality in order to facilitate ECHA’s work in deciding on requests for access to documents. ECHA does not consider as confidential any relevant information relating to the intrinsic properties of a substance and may disclose such information to the registrant(s) of the substance.*
